Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Drinking seminars

We are very pleased to announce that we are hosting Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop drinking seminars in Dublin.

Allen Carr’s Easyway to Stop Drinking Clinics

The alcohol seminars are designed to change your perception of drinking. They do not focus on the reasons you should stop drinking – you know those already – they’re why you’re reading this. Instead they look at the reasons you do drink. Once you truly understand these, alcohol will no longer be an issue for you. The Dublin session will be facilitated by Mike Connolly, our UK stop drinking therapist who has helped thousands to escape the drinking trap in the UK, Australia and Singapore. Most clients require just one 6-7 hour session but if any help is required afterwards then Mike is available to call, Skype or email.

No fear from quitting drinking

Allen Carr’s Easyway method removes the fear of stopping: the fear that you won’t be able to cope with stress or enjoy life without alcohol, the fear that you have to go through a terrible trauma to get free and the fear that you can never be completely free from craving.

Freedom from alcohol

In Group sessions of 10 – 20 people, a fully trained Allen Carr’s Easyway therapist will give you the tools to regain control of your life. Your therapist will be someone who suffered from acute alcohol addiction, but has been happily free for many years.

During the inspirational and engaging session your Allen Carr’s Easyway therapist will inspire you to question the things that society has taught you about alcohol and addresses the issue of addictive personalities.

The final part of the session involves relaxing hypnotherapy, designed to reinforce what you have learned during the main part of the session and remove any remaining doubts that you may have.

The Result

The end result is a complete revolution in the way you see alcohol. This can be achieved in a matter of hours, but it takes an open mind and a little enthusiasm. If you can bring these to the session you will leave happy to be free.

COST is €350.00

As this is the first time these sessions are available in Ireland, this is saving  flights and accommodation costs to go to the UK

The seminars are hosted by Mike Connolly, The UK based Easyway to Stop Drinking therapist.

An introduction to Mike:

I always enjoyed being the life and soul at parties, even being a bit of a party anims a big factor in everything that I did.  Looking back at photographs I was always pictured with a glass in my hand.  Slowly the amount and the frequency was increasing to the point it stopped being fun and became both a physical and more importantly a mental battle.

When I tried to take a break from drinking I found that I thought about it even more and this constant psychological tug of war in my head would not stop until I decided to take control back and do something about it.

Having heard about the success of the smoking seminars and realising that the method was just as successful for drinkers as it was for smokers I made the decision to go for it.  I remember feeling both petrified and excited at the same time.  What would happen to me if it worked and where would it leave me if it didn’t?  I needn’t have worried.  That was six years ago and here I am now running my own Allen Carr Easyway to Stop Drinking clinic in Manchester and having run seminars in London, Singapore and Sydney who would have thought that all this was possible because I had stopped drinking.

The one phrase I hear the most is, “Should have done it years ago,” and as Andy Dufresne (Shawshank Redemption) put it, “I guess it comes down to a simple choice really.  Get busy living or get busy dying.”

When I stopped drinking with Allen Carr Easyway it turned every hour into “Happy Hour” and there is no better feeling than that.
